Please meet at The Old Grammar School at 18:20, to leave at 18:30.

This will be a led session of around an hour.
- Easy group run to York Road circuit, few drills
- Tempo 5x5min with 1 min floats
- Easy group run cool down
Don't worry that you'll be too slow or left behind etc, this session is for all abilities and the coaches will make sure the group stays together.
