- This will be a led session of around an hour.
Lets try the Jingle bells dash sesh at Jerwood.
4x2min at Tempo (recover 1 min)
4x2min at 5km effort. (recover 1 min)
4x30sec dash like a santa who is late. (recover 1 min)
Don't worry that you'll be too slow or left behind etc, this session is for all abilities and the coaches will make sure the group stays together.
Please wear something bright and maybe a light …no NINJAs 🥷🏿
