Session at Magic Roundabouts.
This will be a led session of around an hour.
- Easy group run to a circuit, few drills
- Tempo 5x5min with 1 min floats
- Easy group run cool down
Don't worry that you'll be too slow or left behind etc, this session is for all abilities and the coaches will make sure the group stays together.
Please wear something bright and maybe a light …no NINJAs 🥷🏿🥷
