Thursday Night - All Abilities 6:30pm…logans run
Thursday Night Session open to All Abilities.
Please meet at The Old Grammar School at 18:20, to leave at 18:30 .

This will be a led session of around an hour.
- Easy group run to a circuit, few drills
- Tempo 5x5min with 1 min floats …or do another session of 30 mins. example (3 min tempo, 2 min threshold , 1 min recovery )x5
- Easy group run cool down
Don't worry that you'll be too slow or left behind etc, this session is for all abilities and the coaches will make sure the group stays together.
Please wear something bright and maybe a light …no NINJAs 🥷🏿
NOte these sessions are free of charge as we do not need to fund a start venue
