Thursday Night - All Abilities 6:30pm (winter season)
Thursday Night Session, which will be focused on the session2 for the 5 to 10km progression targeted group
Please meet at The Old Grammar School at 18:20, to leave at 18:30 .

This will be a led session of around an hour….if possible please program your watches as we won't be using whistle blows to indicate.
- Easy group run to a circuit, start with RAMP warm up drills
- Tempo session, as indicated as your homework …… tempo is the target as you may have been training at harder zones on Tues
- Easy group run cool down
Don't worry that you'll be too slow or left behind etc, this session is for all abilities and uses time based intervals not distance.
So whilst we all run at different paces the body doesn't know how far, it just understands it's in blocks of time.
Please wear something bright and maybe a light …no NINJAs 🥷🏿

nominally set to 12 for the 5 to 10km attendees
IF we have two available coaches we expand to 24 (2x12) places.
obviously we confirm nearer the Thursday,
waiting list: if the waiting list gets too large we will close the session to any new bookings and manage that
Please If you can't make the session book-off early as possible, to allow others to get a confirmed place.
conversely if you are on the waiting list for any session on clubpal please do not just turn up.
