Thursday Night Session open to All Abilities.
Please meet at The Old Grammar School to depart 18:30 sharp.
This will be a led Fartlek session of around an hour and approx 10km / 6.5m distance.
Don't worry that you'll be too slow or left behind etc, this session is for all abilities and the coaches will make sure the group stays together.
Please wear something bright and maybe a head torch but majority is fairly well lit.
