The session is for 14- 18 year olds.
The cost of this session is 1 session pass. Passes can be bought in bundles of 5, 10 for unlimited for the year.
The venue is accessible by foot and by car. Car parking is to be found at the upper entrance which gives access to the sports halls. Please take care when parking because of other users including children. The session will take place on the grass running tracks provided by RSA. Normal running shoes are fine, spikes if you wish.
Parents: When the meeting point is the rugby club please drop off/pick up your child using the car park inside the rugby ground (drive through the gate and preferably park toward the right). This will avoid the heavier traffic in the public car park.
