MEET AT RSA at 6.55pm. Finish 7.55pm.
The venue is accessible by foot and by car. Car parking is to be found at the upper entrance which gives access to the sports halls. Please take care when parking because of other users including children. The session will take place on the grass running tracks provided by RSA. Normal running shoes are fine, spikes if you wish.
The session is for 14- 18 year olds.
The cost of this session is 1 session pass. Passes can be bought in bundles of 5, 10 for unlimited for the year.
Darker nights: please wear something bright and preferably with something reflective and/or a light for safety
