All junior club members in primary school years 3/4/5/6 with a maximum age of 11 years have been selected to compete and represent the Harborough AC Junior Team. Entry registration for the event will be paid for by the club
Each young athlete competes in 4 events:
- Middle Distance 400m/600m
- Sprint 50m/75m
- Standing Long Jump
- Howler Throw
The evening event starts at 18:15 prompt so athletes will need to be at the stadium for 17:45 to collect numbers and get warmed up ready for their first event.
It is a team based competition in which every athlete is awarded points for every event they compete in. The total points awarded on the night will determine the overall position/placing of each club that is represented in the Leicestershire area. The bigger the team the better!
