The 5k road championships are held in conjunction with the Midland Counties Women's 6 stage and Men's 12 stage relay championships at Sutton Park, Sutton Coldfield.
This is both an individual and team event with 3 scoring runners to make up a team.
The race starts at 11.25am
The race is limited to male club members who are aged 15 or 16 on 31st August prior to the commencement of the current competition year. Male club members older than this can compete in the senior men's 12-stage relay team.
As the closing date for club entries is 13 March 2022 please register on ClubPal by 10 March 2022.
The Club pays the race entry fee
