This session will be aimed at members who typically run 5k in under 22 mins
The cost of this session is 1 session pass. Passes can be bought in bundles of 5, 10 for unlimited for the year.
23/7 Update. With current numbers for red and yellow we plan to combine the groups. The session will be the session listed on Red - fartlek on the fields behind the Leisure Centre with changes in pace varying from 70-500m. Session benefits the body by improving its ability to clear lactate products generated in the faster sections. Led by Chris and Howard
