This session will be aimed at members who typically run 5k in under 22 mins
The cost of this session is 1 session pass. Passes can be bought in bundles of 5, 10 for unlimited for the year.
The session will take place on the Welland Park Academy all weather track.
If arriving by car please observe the following:
- To park use Gate A which gives you access to the rear of the building car park (and exit Gate D via automatic barrier)
- No parking along the fence of the All Weather Sports area
- Strict 5mph speed limits in force at all times
Other site rules:
- Footwear - no spikes. Use normal running trainers. Please ensure soles are clean before entering the All Weather area
- No food to be brought into the AW area
- Pre-filled water bottles can be brought into the AW area but not sugary drinks/sports drinks
