This session will be aimed at members who typically run 5k between 21 and 25 mins
The cost of this session is 1 session pass. Passes can be bought in bundles of 5, 10 for unlimited for the year.
Please remember mandatory face coverings inside the club house 6.45-7pm unless exempt or waiting outside.
