The LRRL is a series of 12 races between January-October with distances from 5 miles (8km) to Half Marathon.
Entry is open to all senior runners (17+) and all abilities are welcome.

R11 - Markfield 10k - Sunday 27 September
R12 - Rotherby 8 - Sunday 4 October
The league competition will be a single league this year for both individuals and teams (no split Spring/Summer competition).
Individuals - best 8 of 12 races to count
Teams - best 9 of 12 races to count
Team sizes - Men (6), Ladies (4), Vet Men (4), Vet Ladies (3), Mixed (8 - 4M, 4F)
