The EMGP is a series of eight road races held on weekday evenings.
Entry is open to all senior runners, and all abilities are welcome.

R7 - Tuesday 1 July - Milton Keynes 10k
R8 - Wednesday 9 July - Rugby 6
The accumulated positions from the best five races will be used to rank runners in the overall series.
