This years AGM will now be held at MHRUFC on Wednesday 26 November 2025 starting at 7.15pm (note the date has changed from the 19/11). The estimated duration of the meeting is 90 minutes.
Its an opportunity for everyone to be involved, reviewing the club year, looking at our finances, electing committee members and talking about future plans and ideas. The AGM isn't as dull as it may sound and many a lively debate has taken place!
All members welcome and encouraged to attend. Please note that all members present will have the right to vote except members in arrears of their subscription, Associate/Honorary members and members under the age of 14. Life members may vote. Parents of junior members are very welcome to attend and may speak but not vote.
The agenda and a copy of the minutes from the 2024 AGM will be circulated no later than the 9 November 2025
We also aim to make it a social occasion as the Rugby Club bar will be open and there will be chance for an informal get together of members after the meeting. Please come along!
