The club annual awards dinner returns for 2022! Enjoy an evening with fellow club members and celebrate the achievement of both our junior and senior athletes over the last 12 months. As well as dinner and the presentation of club awards there will be entertainment throughout the evening including the HAC Athletics Quiz and a raffle.
The event is open to all club members. Juniors under 14 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The meal for juniors u14 is burger, chips and ice cream @£8.50.
For juniors (14+) and seniors the menu can be found at the bottom of this email and costs £28.00.
Anyone requiring the vegetarian option please indicate this when booking using the field below.
The venue is the clubhouse at MHRUFC. The evening will start from 6.30pm (with dinner from 7pm). The activities for the night will conclude by 9.30 so all age groups can participate, though the bar will remain open until 11pm.
Numbers are limited to 80 so please book early. The closing date for booking is midnight 1 November 2022.
Please note if you are 14+ you should book your place using the senior athlete option below. U14s should book their place using the junior athlete option with the accompanying adult(s) booking using the senior athlete option.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the event. Cancellations after that time will only be refunded if the cancelled place can be taken up by another member.
