This years AGM will now be held at MHRUFC on Wednesday 27 November 2024 starting at 7.15pm. The estimated duration of the meeting is 90 minutes.
This date replaces the original date of 20 November 2024
Its an opportunity for everyone to be involved, reviewing the club year, looking at our finances, electing committee members and talking about future plans and ideas. Last years AGM came out with ideas on things like sustainability, getting member feedback, celebrating our 40th etc which has directly fed into the work of your committee this last 12 months.
All members welcome and encouraged to attend. Please note that all members present will have the right to vote except members in arrears of their subscription, Associate/Honorary members and members under the age of 14. Life members may vote.
The agenda circulated for the original date will be used at this meeting.
We also aim to make it a social occasion as the Rugby Club bar will be open and there will be chance for an informal get together of members after the meeting. Please come along!
