If you arent running please volunteer to help with tonight's club memorial run for Simon Poynton. The run takes place in Welland Park and we need helpers on the course to marshal, support at the finish tunnel, time keep etc
Meeting point for volunteers will be the small bandstand by the children's play area from 6.30pm
