This session will be aimed at members who typically run 5k in between 24 and below. NOTE It incorporates former YELLOW Group
The cost of this session is one session pass. Passes can be brought in bundles of 5, 10 or an unlimited yearly pass.
Meet RSA academy 6.55 Session on 400m grass track
Session: "The Gear Changer" 4x 1 lap of school field (approx 900m) with a different length fast finish (100/200/300/400m) on each rep. 4 mins recovery between intervals
Fast work to finish
The venue is accessible by foot and by car. Car parking is to be found at the upper entrance which gives access to the sports halls. Please take care when parking because of other users including children. The session will take place on the grass running tracks provided by RSA. Normal running shoes are fine, spikes if you wish.
