The cost of this session is one session pass. Passes can be brought in bundles of 5, 10 or an unlimited yearly pass.
Fartlek session on Leisure Centre fields. Bursts vary in distance from 500m -70m with recovery varying accordingly. Session benefits the body by improving its ability to clear lactate products generated in the faster sections.
