The Harborough 5 is the fourth race in the East Midlands Grand Prix (EMGP).
This is our HOME FIXTURE and as part of our 40th year celebrations it would be great to see as many HAC runners as possible!

The EMGP is a series of eight road races held on weekday evenings between May-July with distances from 5 miles (8km) to 10km.
All senior runners welcome and encouraged to participate regardless of age, experience or pace.

- Tuesday 9 July: EMGP Milton Keynes 10k
- Wednesday 17 July: EMGP Rugby 6
