We are co-hosting the second qualifying event for Harborough Primary Schools Cross Country Competition on Thursday 8th February at Harborough Town Football Club. We need a team of volunteers to help with the pre-course set-up on the morning of the even from 09:30 to 12:00 and some marshals out on the course for the competition races which are from 15:00 to 17:00. Again many of our junior club members will be racing on the day representing their school.
This is a key event as individual runners have the opportunity to qualify and be selected to represent the Harborough District at the Schools XC County Championship Final which will be held on Sunday 3rd March at Prestwold Hall.

At the first event there were over 500 young runners, the overall event was a huge success which was down to the amazing support of club members, family and friends on the day.
