The venue is accessible by foot and by car. Car parking is to be found at the upper entrance which gives access to the sports halls. Please take care when parking because of other users including children. The session will take place on the grass running tracks provided by RSA. Normal running shoes are fine, spikes if you wish.
This session will be aimed at members who typically run 5k in between 27 and 30 mins
