We will join with green group, so a steady manageable pace with some stops to re group. There may be some treats ✨
Meet on the square (outside Cafe Nero) at 6:50pm for a prompt start please - we will return here for 8pm.

This session will be aimed at members who typically run 5k in between 27 and 29 mins
The cost of this session is 1 session pass. Passes can be bought in bundles of 5, 10 for unlimited for the year.
Darker nights: please wear something bright and preferably with something reflective and/or a light for safety
