FARTLEK ON THE GRASS - inc . Dynamic 10- 30 metre “flying” sections
As Chris and Howard both planning to do fartleks on the grass we will combine Red and Purple to make one big group and do it all together!
This session will be aimed at members who typically run 5k in between 26 and 25 mins
The cost of this session is 1 session pass. Passes can be bought in bundles of 5, 10 for unlimited for the year.
