This session will be aimed at members who typically run 5k in between 26 and 25 mins.
The cost of this session is 1 session pass. Passes can be bought in bundles of 5, 10 for unlimited for the year.

The session will be running 400m laps with a - unnecessarily complicated - handicap system to ensure a fun filled, competitive atmosphere.
(Please note that enjoyment levels may vary from person to person and fun is not guaranteed.)
The venue is accessible by foot and by car. Car parking is to be found at the upper entrance which gives access to the sports halls. Please take care when parking because of other users including children. The session will take place on the grass running tracks provided by RSA. Normal running shoes are fine, spikes if you wish.
