This session will be aimed at members who typically run 5k in between 26 and 25 mins.
The cost of this session is 1 session pass. Passes can be bought in bundles of 5, 10 for unlimited for the year.
Session will be 400m intervals laps with a - unnecessarily complicated - handicap system to introduce some exciting competition.
