This session will be aimed at members who typically run 5k in between 24 and 28 mins
The cost of this session is 1 session pass. Passes can be bought in bundles of 5, 10 for unlimited for the year.
Meet at Welland Park Academy.
If arriving by car please observe the following:
- To park use Gate A which gives you access to the rear of the building car park (and exit Gate D via automatic barrier)
- No parking along the fence of the All Weather Sports area
- Strict 5mph speed limits in force at all times
Session will be 10x 400m at Valley Way at your 5k pace
