This session will be aimed at members who typically run 5k in between 24 and 28 mins
The cost of this session is 1 session pass. Passes can be bought in bundles of 5, 10 for unlimited for the year.
session will be an off road run with a selection of hills, providing we don’t get too much rain road shoes should be ok, if the weather is particularly bad I will reorganise the session
