This years AGM will be held at MHRUFC on Wednesday 22 November 2023 starting at 7.15pm. The estimated duration of the meeting is 90 minutes.
All members welcome and encouraged to attend. Please note that all members present will have the right to vote except members in arrears of their subscription, Associate/Honorary members and members under the age of 14.
As well as transacting important club business including electing Committee members, we aim to make it a social occasion as the Rugby Club bar will be open and there will be chance for an informal get together of members after the meeting. Please come along!
