The East Midlands Grand Prix (EMGP) Road Race Series is a series of eight road races held on weekday evenings. For each race there will be prizes. There are also prizes for the series, where to qualify you will need to run at least five races – the accumulated positions from the best five races will be used to rank runners in the overall series.
For safety reasons, runners must be able to run a race at a pace quicker than 13 minutes per mile (8 minutes per kilometre).

R1 - Wednesday 6th May - Silverstone 10k
R2 - Friday 15th May - Blisworth 5
R3 - Tuesday 19th May - Banbury 5
R4 - Tuesday 2nd June - Harborough 5
R5 - Tuesday 16th June - Weedon 10k
R6 - Wednesday 24th June - Corby 5
R7 - Tuesday 30th June - Milton Keynes 10k
R8 - Wednesday 8th July - Rugby 6
The cost of each race is £10 (£12 for the unaffiliated), except for Silverstone, where the cost will be £17 (£19 for the unaffiliated). If you wish, you can enter the whole series for £70 (£82 for the unaffiliated), or just enter each race separately.
Once you have a number from one of the races in the series, you should use this same number for any subsequent races in the series.
